“We had such a lovely week in The Barn. We had a very friendly welcome and everything was done to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue didn’t even just live up to the pictures online, it was even lovelier. The place had so much character and was full of little unexpected touches like vases of flowers, soft towels, candles, sky TV etc. We had everything we needed and loved how spacious and yet cosy the place was. The surrounding area is really pretty too and was a great location to get away from a busy city. There’s lots of place to walk and bigger towns/ cities to visit too if you want. If you want to get away to somewhere with lots of character, that’s really good value for money then this is perfect!  ”     August 2014

“Firstly the communication with Carol was excellent. Upon arrival, I was shown around. Everything I needed was there, including some milk in the fridge. The barn was absolutely delightful and the bed comfortable. It is every bit as good as the pictures. I would thoroughly recommend it. There were lots of little welcoming touches..neatly laid out towels, a lit candle. Great place to stay. Thanks again Carol ”    October 2014 (Holiday lettings)
